If
your product was damaged during the transport we will do everything
within our reach to try to replace it. For that, you must regard
the following steps:
1st - If after receiving the product you detect that it is somehow
damaged, you should keep all the parts of the product and put them
in the package it came in, contacting us immediately at the e-mail
customerservice@verytypical.com
supplying the following data:
- Name and e-mail Address through which you went shopping;
- Digital receipt;
- Phone and/or e-mail contact;
- Returning reason;
2nd - our Customer Service, will answer to inform you about the
required elements to proceed to the return of the product in its
original package, without any costs.
Important: Remember that you only have 15 workdays, starting from
the date of reception of the order, to proceed to its return.
3rd - After receiving the product in our facilities and after verifying
its conditions, Verytypical guarantees the return of your money
(excluding transport fees) in the maximum period of 15 workdays,
counting from the day the product arrived at our warehouses. We
will then send you the amount through bank transfer or another process.

If any product has been sent mistakenly in the place
of another, you should follow the 3 steps described above and you
will be, in this case, reimbursed of the sending fees.
